There are a few questions I get asked frequently! This is just a few, if you do not see yours listed, please message me for more information!


Booking & pAYMENT policy

To secure your session date and time, a non-refundable retainer of 50% of the total session fee is required at the time of booking. This retainer will be applied toward the final session cost.

Please note:

  • The retainer must be paid via Zelle, Cash App, or PayPal.
  • Cash is not accepted for retainer payments.

The remaining balance is due at the conclusion of the session and may be paid via cash, Zelle, Cash App, or PayPal.

Kindly be advised that final images will not be released until the full balance has been received.


Travel policy

I am based in Spring, Texas, and regularly travel to surrounding areas, including, Humble, Cypress, Katy, and other neighboring cities.

Please note:

  • Travel exceeding 40 minutes from central Houston will incur an additional travel fee, which is calculated based on mileage and included in your final quote.
  • I also offer sessions in the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) area. These must be booked at least one month in advance and will include a travel fee as part of your session quote.


Gallery Delivery & Turnaround Policy

All final images will be delivered through your personalized online gallery, accessible via a secure link sent to your email. Your gallery can be found under the section titled “Your Moments”, where you can view, share, and download your photos on any device—phone, tablet, or computer.

A password will be provided along with your gallery link to ensure your images remain private and secure.

Turnaround Time

The delivery timeframe varies depending on the event size and hours booked. While I always aim to deliver your gallery as promptly as possible, my priority is ensuring that every image meets the highest quality standards. Please allow up to two weeks for editing and delivery. If your gallery is ready sooner, I will gladly send it to you ahead of schedule.

Expedited Delivery

Expedited editing and delivery are available upon request for an additional fee. If you require your images sooner, please mention this during booking or immediately following your session.

Sneak Peeks

A small selection of sneak peek images will be sent shortly after your session so you can enjoy a preview while the full gallery is being prepared.


contracts & photo usage rights

Upon booking a session, clients will receive a Photography Contract and Confirmation Form. This document will outline all session details, including:

  • Date and time
  • Hours booked
  • Retainer and all applicable fees
  • Session location

This contract must be signed to secure your booking and ensure mutual clarity regarding your session.

Image Rights & Print Release

After your session and once your images are ready for delivery, a Print Release Form will be provided. This release states that while I, as the photographer, retain the copyright to all images, you are granted full personal use rights, including:

  • Sharing images on social media
  • Printing for personal use
  • Using for gifts or keepsakes
  • Enjoying for any non-commercial, personal purposes

Commercial use or resale of the images is not permitted without written consent.

Photographer’s Portfolio & Promotional Use

With your written approval, selected images from your session may be used for:

  • Online portfolios
  • Business marketing materials
  • Website galleries
  • Social media posts
  • Other promotional or advertising purposes

Your privacy and comfort are always respected, and no images will be shared publicly without your consent.


rescheduling & cancellation policy

I completely understand that life happens, and unexpected situations may arise. My goal is to work with you to find a solution that accommodates both our schedules.

If you need to reschedule your session, please notify me as soon as possible, and I will do my best to adjust accordingly.

Rescheduling Terms

  • You may reschedule your session without any additional fees, and your original non-refundable retainer will be applied to the new date.
  • However, the session must be rescheduled within one week of the original session date.
  • If a new date is not confirmed within that timeframe, your session will be considered a cancellation.

Cancellation Terms

  • If your session is declared a cancellation, your original retainer will not carry over, and a new 50% non-refundable retainer will be required to rebook.

I’m always happy to assist and will do my best to accommodate changes—just reach out as early as you can so we can work together on a plan.


cancellation policy

If you need to cancel your session, please notify me as soon as possible. Just like with rescheduling, I completely understand that unexpected situations can arise, and I am always here to help however I can.

Please note the following:

There are no additional cancellation fees, as this is already covered by your non-refundable retainer.

  • However, because the session is being cancelled rather than rescheduled, the retainer will not carry over to a future booking.
  • Should you wish to book a new session in the future, a new 50% non-refundable retainer will be required to confirm your booking.

Your understanding is greatly appreciated, and I’m happy to assist with rebooking when you're ready.


late arrival policy

Living in Houston, I understand how unpredictable traffic can be, and how delays can happen unexpectedly. To accommodate this, a grace period of 15 minutes is allowed for your scheduled session time. If you arrive within the 15-minute grace period, we will proceed as planned. If you arrive after the 15-minute grace period, there are two options:

  • Reschedule your session within one week at no additional charge.
  • Pay a $50 late fee, applicable if you arrive up to 15 minutes after the grace period (i.e., up to 30 minutes late). If you choose not to pay the late fee, it will be at the photographer’s discretion whether to proceed with or cancel the session.

If you arrive more than 30 minutes late without prior communication, your session will be considered a cancellation.

Please communicate as early as possible if you anticipate being late so we can make appropriate arrangements.


Studio Policy

At this time, I do not have a dedicated studio and primarily conduct sessions at various locations throughout the Houston area. However, if you prefer a studio or decor room setting, I am happy to arrange rentals at local studios. Most rental spaces charge an hourly rate, and I will work with you to find options that fit your vision and budget.
